Nuovo glossario INCI: cosa cambia e come prepararsi
Con l’introduzione del nuovo glossario dei nomi degli ingredienti cosmetici (Decisione UE 2025/1175), le aziende del settore sono chiamate ad aggiornare etichette e documentazione entro il 30 luglio 2026. Il provvedimento aggiorna la nomenclatura INCI correggendo errori, eliminando ingredienti obsoleti e armonizzando le denominazioni, introducendo anche l’obbligo della nomenclatura CI per alcuni coloranti.
L’impatto è concreto lungo tutta la filiera: brand, laboratori e terzisti dovranno allineare formule, schede tecniche e materiali di comunicazione, evitando disallineamenti tra etichette, dossier CPNP e documentazione di sicurezza.
Non si tratta di un aggiornamento formale, ma di un passaggio strategico per garantire compliance, coerenza dei dati e tracciabilità internazionale. Per questo è fondamentale gestire la transizione come un progetto strutturato di revisione documentale, soprattutto in presenza di portfolio complessi o fornitori multipli.
